Q:  You say your markers aren’t magnetic but will attract to a magnetic hat clip.  What does that mean?

A:   Our markers don’t have the physical magnet in them but are made of a material that will attract to any magnet.  So if a hat clip or divot fixer has a magnet in them like ours do, then the marker will stick to it.

Q:  Will your markers work with my magnetic hat clip?  I have the clip but have lost the markers.

A:  Our markers will attract to any magnet.  If your hat clip has an edge or lip, make sure the dimensions of our marker will fit.  Most of ours are no more that 1″ round.  For all other shapes and sizes, if you hat clip is flat, it may work.  The reason we sell our super strong magnetic hat clip is so that you don’t lose the markers in the first place.  Many existing designs on the market have very small magnets.  So buyer beware.  If you want something that will really do the job, buy ours.

Q: How much does shipping cost? 

A: First Class USPS which takes 2-7 days to arrive ranges from $2.99-$3.29 for orders up to $50.  Any order over $50 is free for this method.

A: Priority USPS 2-3 day service is $6.95.

A:  International First Class Postage is a flat $12.99 US.  These usually take between 10-20 days for arrival as they need to clear customs.

A:  International Priority 6-10 day guaranteed is a flat $30 US.

Tracking information is provided for any option.

Q:  How fast will my order ship? 

A:  Unless we are at a golf outing or trade show, your order will ship within 1 business day.  If you select the regular first class mail option, arrival will be 3-8 days for most packages and priority will arrive in 3-4 days.

Q:  You use Paypal for checkout.  Do I have to have a Paypal account?

A:  No.  There is a button at the bottom of the page when you are redirected to Paypal that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.

Q:  Do you have my item in stock?

A:  Click on the image of the item and it will take you to the page that shows the quantity in stock.

A:  If the quantity is not sufficient, please send an email to info@funmarkers.com and with a detailed list of your quantities and time frame needed and we will be able to respond quickly.  This does not apply for Closeouts.  When they run out, they will not be re-ordered.

Q:  I bought too many for my event.  Will you accept returns?

A:  Yes.  Send back to FunMarkers, 5104 Chappell Ridge Pl., Glen Allen, VA 23059.  Please include as much detail on your order as possible so we can quickly refund the unused items.  Items that are not in good resale condition will not be credited so please inspect closely and package accordingly.

Q:  Can you make custom ball markers?

A:  Yes.  Minimum order quantity is 50 of the exact same marker.  We will need some sort of design concept, image, or logo for our designers to create the proposed final product.  Tooling and set up charges will apply depending on the complexity of the item.  Cost will also depend on the materials used in the production.  That will be quoted for you.

Q:  Will you work with Pro-Shops?

A:  Yes.  Please send an inquiry to info@funmarkers.com and we will discuss options.

A:  No we will not provide a catalog.  Our inventory is real time and dynamic.  Designs come and go and quantities are subject to availability.  Everything we sell is listed on the website.  If you have questions or special requests, just email and we’ll respond quickly.

Q:  Do you offer quantity discounts?

A:  Yes.  Click the image you are looking for and it will list the quantity discounts available for that item.  It’s not aggregated with multiple items but just a single item in quantity.
